Capers are a tasty vegetable that serve as an ideal ingredient in pasta dishes, pizzas, smoked salmon and salads. They have a very characteristic taste and are traditionally used in Mediterranean cuisine.

They are the edible flower buds that come from the same plant as Caper Berries, although they are much smaller in size, like small seeds.
